Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning is most widely known as the progressive training of athletes to become faster, stronger, increase endurance and improve flexibility in order to remain injury free whilst performing at the highest level possible.

The exact approach I take depends on the individual requirements of each athlete and which sport they wish to compete in. Common types of training across all disciplines normally includes, speed and agility, endurance/stamina, core stability and plyometric training exercises. Alongside more traditional strength training, all these aspects and more are required to create a complete package for each individual.

I am a certified strength and conditioning coach and am used to adapting to the needs of a wide variety of clients. I have worked with professional and amateur fighters in both MMA and boxing, as well as a wide variety of non athletes of all ages and backgrounds, simply looking to challenge themselves and improve their level of performance.

I have studied under some of the best coaches in the world.
